Our feet are the structures that support the weight of our entire body. With them we walk thousands of kilometres, so it is common to suffer pain related to them at some point in our lives.

To enjoy a high quality of life in all its stages, it is important that our feet are healthy, because they are the foundation of our overall well being.

Tengo una pregunta?

In general, if you feel pain or any discomfort in your feet. The podiatrist is the health professional dedicated to the study, diagnosis and treatment of foot diseases.

The minimum period of studies of a podiatrist in Spain is four years. It is a study at a University and ends with a graduate degree in podiatry.

In a world where advances in medicine and orthopaedics are constant, every health professional must get continuous formation. Continuing education for Podiatrists is ensured by the General Council of Podiatrists and by the professional associations of the Autonomous Communities, offering a variety of regular courses.

We recommend therefore, that you leave your feet in the hands of a qualified professional.

According to regulations, all podiatrists must display visibly following certificates at the workplace:

  • License of the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous Community.
  • The Official Academic qualifications.
  • Certificate of membership of the Podiatric Association of the Autonomous Community.
